Pathway Programme

The Pathway is a free online career orientation programme running from October 29 to December 17, 2025 with weekly group sessions every Wednesday, 17:30 – 20:00.

The programme offers:

• Training in basic digital tools
• Improvement of English skills
• Insights into the job market and opportunities in the tech and digital sector
• A supportive community of women
  

Sistech also provides equipment, internet connection, and childcare support when needed.

Eligibility:

• Women with international protection status (asylum seekers, refugees, subsidiary protection, etc.)
• Living in Greece
• 18 years or older
• Available on Wednesdays (17:30 – 20:00)
• At least A2 level English
