Legal service

Legal services are provided to Trans and Gender Non-Conforming (TGNC) refugees and asylum seekers.

These can include but are not limited to:

• Case preparation
• Accompaniment to authorities
• Asylum application preparation
• Interview preparation and accompaniment
• Application to release PWS from detention
• Appeal deposition

Admission criteria include being a trans or gender non-conforming person and being adult.

Languages spoken: Greek, English, French, Farsi/Dari, Arabic, Urdu, Bengali, Spanish
