<li>Hygiene kits</li>
<li>Laundry service</li>
<li>Clothing and shoes</li>
<li>Coffee, tea, snacks</li>
<li>Safekeeping of personal belongings</li>
<li>Primary medical care and medicine</li>
<li>Individual or group meetings with specialised staff to identify the needs and the solutions to manage them</li>
<li>Interconnection with other Agencies (psychological support, food, accommodation, health issues, social and job (re)integration &ndash; when needed).</li>
