ADAMA CENTER

Caritas Hellas and Catholic Relief Services, in partnership with UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, operate the “Adama Center”, a center which provides in-person and remote integration services to asylum-seekers, refugees and other beneficiaries of international protection, living in Greece. The center operates to support eligible beneficiaries with their applications for existing national social protection schemes and to link them with job opportunities.

The service provision of Adama Center includes:

• Information on the Greek labor market and job counseling sessions
• Linkages with available job opportunities all over Greece
• Information and assistance in collecting the necessary documentation to apply for welfare allowances (such as the Minimum Guarantee Income)
• Coordination and referrals to other actors, as appropriate.

The services are provided both in person and remotely countrywide.
