Psychosocial Support

Both Social support and Psychological Support/ Counseling are open to all beneficiaries of KYCLOS regardless of age, country of origin and gender. Although, they are provided to PoCs that are already beneficiaries of KYCLOS.

Social Support includes:

1) referrals to other actors of the field that could be useful for whatever the PoCs need

2) assistance in receiving AFM, AMKA, TAXISnet account, unemployment card, bank account, and others

3) assistance in finding private accommodation

4) appointments in hospital are booked and in big need interpretation is provided through telephone

 

Psychological Support/ Counseling includes:

1) Individual counseling sessions which are sensitive to the culture and family dynamics of the participants

2) Group counseling sessions which are sensitive to the culture and family dynamics of the participants

3) Family counseling sessions which are sensitive to the culture and family dynamics of the participants

4) Empowerment sessions for each age group

 

For both psycho and social support PoCs have to express their need which will be either be served on the spot or an appointment will be booked.
