Tips for using the HELIOS helpline:

• Please be ready to provide your ID number, when contacting HELIOS helpline.
• The helpline can get very busy, especially at the beginning of the week. If you can't get through, please send a telegram text or voice message.
• Please avoid sending multiple messages to Telegram. Send only 1 message in 1 language and wait for the reply.
• Make sure you inform the HELIOS helpline for any change in your contact information, your address and phone numbers.
