ACTIVE plans to support minors and young adults with the integration process and to empower them for the achievement of their educational and career targets.
The action includes:
1. Identification and recording of the needs, desires and skills through structured questionnaires and sessions. Development of an individual plan for every beneficiary including plan(s) for education, training, apprenticeship, work etc. Support for the recognition and validation of knowledge and skills.
2. Seminars and activities on career counseling, job search techniques etc. Information on the rights of the employee, social security etc.
3. Activities and workshops on personal development, independent living, empowerment of social skills, familiarization with the social and economic environment for the active participation in the community.
4. Lessons in Greek and English language and ICT use placing emphasis on developing social skills and search for education and employment opportunities.
Sessions can be conducted in Arabic and Farsi.
