The Asylum Unit of Nikaia is responsible for issuing decisions on applications for international protection that have been submitted by third-country nationals and stateless persons and are still pending at the first instance of the administrative procedure before the authorities competent for receiving and examining applications, regardless of their territorial and administrative competence.
