The Yoga and Sports for Refugees team organizes activities Monday through Friday (9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)

Sports activities include:
  • Yoga
  • Yoga (for women only)
  • Fitness (for women only)
  • Kickboxing (for women only)
  • Football
  • Basketball
  • Volleyball
  • Hockey
  • Running
  • Swimming
Everyone is welcome to join. You do not need to register in advance.

Additional Information

Running classes start from:
  • Moria camp on Saturdays at 8:00 a.m.
  • The Gym on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:00 p.m.
  • Mytilene stadium on Fridays at 7:00 a.m.
  • Running classes at the Mytilene track are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00 p.m.
You can register for swimming classes at OHF every day at 1:15 p.m.
Swimming classes take place at the following times:
  • Men's class: Monday through Friday from 1:15 to 3:00 p.m.
  • Women's class: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.
