Navigating the eRantevou system for medical appointments is straightforward, but it's only in Greek. We compiled the steps to help you book your medical appointment in a Public Hospital, Health Centres, and local clinics. 

 

You will need:

  • Taxisnet credentials.
  • Social Insurance Number (AMKA) or the AMKA of your dependent family member.

 

Step-by-Step Guide:

  • Click to access the IDIKA online platform
  • Click the "blue button" labelled "Εισοδος με Taxisnet."

  • Input your username (1) and password (2) in the provided fields.

  • Select "εξουσιοδοτηση."

  • Add your ΑΜΚΑ (Personal health number).
  • Confirm the accuracy of your data by clicking "Επιβεβαιωση."

  • Click "ΝΕΟ ΡΑΝΤΕΒΟΥ."

  • Choose a preferred period (a broader range yields more options). Opt for "Δημοσιες Δομες".

  • Then select the needed occupation. If you need support in identifying the occupation name in Greek, given that the list is in Greek, please don't hesitate to contact us.

  • View available appointments (You cannot choose grey as they are already booked. You can select only green, yellow, or orange for open slots).

  • Choose a hospital

  • Click your desired time slot.
  • Confirm by clicking "+".

Hospitals on duty

To find hospitals on duty, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the page that provides information about the hospitals on duty.
  2. Once the webpage loads, select English as your preferred language if it's not already selected.
  3. Choose your location from the available options.
  4. Next, you can specify the type of urgent medical service you require by selecting it from the provided list. For example, if you need Gynaecology or Dermatology services, choose the respective option. If you want to see all duties available, you can select "All duties" from the list.
  5. After making your selection, the website will display the results. You will see the name of the hospital, its address, and contact information (such as the call centre number), as well as the dates and hours of the day when the hospital is on duty. Additionally, you will find information about the type of services provided by that hospital.
