The Regional Asylum Office of Alimos (former Asylum Unit) is operating in the area of Alimos and is responsible for the examination of international protection applications that refer to the Regional Office of Attica.
It examines international protection applications of nationals from Palestine, Egypt and Syria except of those submitted in the «Fast Track» Asylum Unit.
It's competent authority also expands to citizens of Sub-Saharan Africa and more specifically:
