The Educational Center APOSTOLI for the Refugees and Migrants in downtown Athens has been APOSTOLI's vehicle for the promotion of refugee and migrants' integration through non formal education.
The Center has been operational since 2016 -probably the first large scale educational center for refugees in Greece- originally responding to the needs and right of education of children from 3 to 17 years old (more than 1.700 children), and later to adults (300 persons yearly approximately) providing Greek and English language courses and language certification, a necessary step toward integration. We offer also Counseling, Social and Life skills as well as basic Career skills which consist a tangible intervention toward integration.
